Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all my clients and maintain efficient scheduling, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service.
No Call No Show: No call no shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance.
Exceptions: I understand emergencies can arise. If you have a valid reason for not meeting the 48-hour notice, please contact me directly, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
How to Cancel: Please cancel by text, and ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation.
